Job Description:
Flexsource is hiring to join a dedicated team committed to Excellence in Funeral Care while enjoying meaningful work, professional development, and robust support systems.
Travel is required across hospitals, residences, nursing homes, hospices, churches, crematoriums, cemeteries, and other relevant locations.
Key Responsibilities:Drive all Company vehicles as instructed.Consistently show a high level of sensitivity, professionalism, and understanding when dealing with bereaved families.Prepare and fit coffins and grave markers, including engraving name-plates.Ensure personal behavior conforms to Company standards at all times.Ability to use email and HR Locker system.Perform ad hoc duties as required.Key Requirements:Essential Licenses: SPSV license & Full, clean B Driver's License.Minimum of 24 months professional driving experience (services industry preferred).Clear and precise communication skills.Knowledge of Dublin City & County.Engage fully with the Funeral Operative Protocol guidelines.Hours:Up to 6 hours per day.Typical start time: 8:00 / 9:30 AM - 2:00 – 3:30 PM.Flexibility required; Saturday is a core working day.Pay:Monday to Friday: €20 per hour; Saturday: €25 per hour.Employee Benefits:Work-Life Balance: Family-friendly arrangements.Well-Being: Employee assistance and well-being programmes.Sick Leave: Paid sick leave (per policy).
