In this role you will:- Engage with stakeholders across the supply chain to gather requirements and develop process enhancements that support business objectives- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains- Lead and manage supply chain projects, applying advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver results- Utilize Kinaxis RapidResponse to improve planning, forecasting, and supply chain agility- Serve as an expert on supply chain systems, particularly Kinaxis RapidResponse, to ensure effective integration and use within the organization- Design and deliver training programs and support change management initiatives for new process implementationsKey Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain process analysis with a solid technical foundation- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau or similar- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders- Creative, open-minded and proactive- Eager to learn, ask questions and challenge- Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferredAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
