As a leader for Cloud Program Governance in the Global Data Platforms Engineering function, your primary focus will be to help lead our most significant cloud migration program ever. You'll be working closely with a team of brilliant, friendly and energetic project managers, architects, and engineers who strive to deliver best of breed solutions to our customers. As part of the Global Data Platforms Engineering team, you'll:Lead the Google Cloud Migration program for Data Platforms and Engineering function at Dun and Bradstreet, that covers 30+ applications under planning, as well as ongoing operational governance of those applications supported by DAP and DPE Cloud teams.Lead program planning and delivery in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Review and update roadmaps and report on strategic program status to leadership through dashboards, slide decks and other artifacts as needed.Work closely with engineering team leaders to track and report on issues within our Google cloud landscape, including overall governance of areas like Security, EOL, and Cost optimization.Conduct necessary planning sessions, status reviews, feedback sessions as needed for program success.Engage and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders across the organizational functions, including Tech Ops, Planning and Business Management, Finance, etc.Coordinate and liaise with application teams, SRE, Cloud and Data Engineering, to maintain and report on health of GCP applications post-migration.Develop and review work effort estimates, realistic project plans, budget estimates, and roadmaps.About You:You will have a minimum of 8+ years of extensive experience in IT project and program execution.Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in directing large projects and programs.Must have experience with large-scale migrations to cloud for global enterprise platforms.Must have experience in leveraging program planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.Experience with Agile project delivery.Experience with Data platforms, Business Analysis, and Application Operations.Working knowledge of Google Cloud and AWS.Experience in working productively with cross functional teams and creating/leading cross-functional programs to bring about greater operational efficiency.Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, geographically dispersed organization.Show an ownership mindset in everything you do.
