The Ireland Operations Leadership team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as the Senior Manager Operations.
Where you come in: As the Senior Manager Operations, you will lead and coordinate a Production Business Unit that operates 24/7within the Dexcom Manufacturing Plant in Athenry Galway.
This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, develop concepts and approaches, review project progress and results, and make management decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved.
This job spends a significant amount of time leading the team and will have responsibility for the supervision of the shift structure through multiple Supervisors reporting to them directly.
