About the Team Product Acceleration and Optimization (PAO) is an organization within our Product team. Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success.
About the Role We are looking for someone who is passionate about partnering with our Product, Sales, and Consulting partners to ensure the successful implementation of Workday Time Management products. The focus of this role will be on target markets worldwide.
The Sr. Product Acceleration Advisor drives enablement through the following focus areas:
Strategic Customer EngagementLeading Deployment Offerings for New Offerings and AcquisitionsFeature Release Deployment GuidanceDelivering Pre-configured Foundational SolutionsLeading efforts to reduce Deployment costsAs a Sr. Product Advisor, you will:Influence the product roadmap as an advocate of customer and consultant ecosystem feedbackCoordinate alignment across diverse organizations including Product, Services, Education, Support, Strategy, and Pre-Sales and Partner SuccessCollaborate with the broader Workday ecosystem to identify, architect, and build solutionsDrive consistency and deployment quality through pre-configured content and standard deployment tools and content development for downstream enablement channelsServe as the Workday advisor for product on large scale complex deployments, escalations, and sales opportunitiesBe responsible for the high-level design and end-to-end solutions based upon product strategy and functionality and identify relevant mitigating strategiesCollaborate with product management in customer conversations to understand the strategic direction of our Time Management solutions and articulate the product vision to deployment teams through advisory servicesAbout You Basic Qualifications 3+ years deploying or supporting Workday in the area of Time Tracking and AbsenceDemonstrable domain expertise in enterprise software applications, specifically Time ManagementAbility to travel up to 25%, under normal conditions.Other Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in a fast-paced work environmentStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple partners across a diverse organizationCapacity to consolidate and prioritize input from multiple sources.Consistent record of learning agility and adaptabilityOur Approach to Flexible Work
