ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable AI solutions for global hiring.Lead, mentor, and own sprint outcomes for small teams.Collaborate closely in a small, focused, supportive, and energetic team of Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.Mentor Software Engineers.Grow and learn with support from mentors and many training resources.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technology field and 4+ years' experience developing software OR 6+ years of experience developing software.Proficiency with test automation and unit testing.Expert with modern SPA and REST API-based architectures.Proficiency with Software Engineering best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
