Job Description: Responsible for designing and developing new solutions and enhancing existing solutions with new feature additions and quality improvements.Work closely with front office delivery and global digital groups to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementation.Set up and follow standards, practices, and processes for ensuring high code quality of the deliverables.Conduct peer reviews for code and design.Contribute towards design/architectural solutions for new developments.Responsible for the execution of technical solutions throughout all phases of the SDLC.Collaborate across multiple business units and architectural teams to ensure stakeholder needs are acknowledged, and requirements are appropriately included in the backlog.Manage and complete significant projects involving multiple components and subsystems.Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility, actively participate in the decision-making process, assess risk, and act with a sense of urgency.Exhibit effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.Self-directed and able to direct others.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 5+ years of experience with full stack development.Experience in designing and working on SOA and REST-based architecture.Excellent skills and experience with C#, .Net Core, Entity Framework, and web standards.5+ years of experience in front-end development using Angular/React.2+ years of design and development experience around Microsoft Azure.Strong skills in software design, design patterns, and asynchronous programming.In-depth knowledge of REST services such as Web API.Knowledge of cloud technologies – AWS/Azure/GCP and willingness to learn different cloud technologies.Experience in creating applications with .NET Core and familiarity with .NET Framework.Experience in unit testing frameworks on Angular like Karma, Jasmine, or Jest.Excellent understanding of NPM modules and demonstrated contributions to NPM packages.Proficient in database layers connecting SQL Server and Cosmos DB.Development experience defining, developing, and maintaining service-based architectures.Knowledge of deploying products leveraging Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).Experience in Agile with scrum delivery models.Good to have: Experience using Codeium, Open AI, or similar tools.Experience working with large datasets including data integration, analysis, and visualization.Experience in integrating with ERP Systems like Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics.Experience in event-driven design and implementation.Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, setup, and configurations.Required Education and/or Experience: BE or M Tech in Computer Science Engineering/relevant.5 to 6 years of experience in Software Application Development.We Celebrate Who We Are!Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
