The Role Resource should have SRE mindset and need to work on Automation and Monitoring, Perform Salesforce Admin activities, Salesforce Case resolution, Automation & Monitoring Setup, involvement in Various Audits, ALM and ITSM Data quality management, Change Execution, RCA preparation, Service requests, Problem Investigations etc
