Staff Nurse– Emergency Department

  We are hiring  Staff Nurse   – Emergency Department   in a Private Hospital in Cork, Ireland.

         Responsibilities Assist in the instructional parts of the nursing practice and supervise the nursing practice of the team's less seasoned members.
Encourage the provision of top-notch treatment to every emergency patient.
As per hospital policy, take part in the safe custody of pharmaceuticals.
Take control of the Ward or Unit while the CNM is away.
Any incidents, accidents, near misses, or complaints should be thoroughly documented and reported to the CNM as soon as possible.
You should also offer to assist with any follow-up investigations that the CNM requests.
Make that all equipment is used safely and correctly, and that unit stocks and materials are used efficiently.
Requirements Registering with the NMBI or registering to do so Candidate has worked as a nurse in an acute hospital setting for at least three years since becoming registered and has at least one year of experience in the emergency department Possess or be pursuing a current Basic Life Support certification Benefits   Education Assistance programme.
