Who We Are Community Healthcare Organisation 1 Donegal provides a broad range of services which includes Primary Care, Social Inclusion, Social Care, Mental Health and Health & Wellbeing Services.
These services are delivered through the HSE and its funded agencies to people in local communities, as close as possible to peoples homes.
The HR Department is responsible for the delivery and implementation of a range of generalist HR services within CHO1 Donegal and the provision of advice and guidance on HR issues in order to support the CHO in the achievement of its business objectives.
HR provides support and guidance to CHO1 staff and managers, to include matters relating but not exclusive to recruitment and selection, contracts, remuneration, grievances and other HR / Industrial Relation matters.
The HR Department for Donegal provides HR support to approximately 3,400 staff.
Description Candidates must have at the latest date of application: 1.
Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc.
Candidates must: (a) Be registered in the Intellectual Disability Nurse Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by An Bord Altranais or be entitled to be so registered; And (b) Have the clinical and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
Note: Post holders must maintain annual registration with An Bord Altranais (NMBI).
