Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, person-centered care.Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents.Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team.Support management during audits and inspections.Oversee operations and staffing when Nurse in Charge.Requirements:Nursing degree and active An Bord Altranais registration.Current certificates in infection control, manual handling, medication management, CPR, safeguarding, and dementia care (training available if needed).Passionate about elderly care; nursing home experience preferred.Hours:Minimum of 36 hours per week, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
