Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Medicine/Pediatrics/Surgery/Anaesthetics

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled Specialty Doctors to join our dynamic team in the following areas: Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Anaesthetics. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in your specialty area. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in the education and training of junior medical staff and medical students. Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities as appropriate. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality protocols. Qualifications Essential: GMC registration. MRCP (Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians). MRCS (Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons) or equivalent for surgical roles. MRCPCH (Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health) for pediatric roles. EDAIC (European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care) for anaesthetic roles. Desirable: Relevant clinical experience in your specialty area. Experience in teaching and supervising junior medical staff. Participation in clinical audits and research projects. Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
