Staff Nurse

We are currently recruiting for Nursing staff for our campus based residential services in Beaufort .    St Mary of the Angels is home to men and women with physical and intellectual disabilities ranging from moderate to profound.
Many residents have been living here for most of their lives, on a peaceful 30-acre campus in beautiful rural surroundings in the heart of the local community in County Kerry.
  St Mary of the Angels is part of Saint John of God Kerry Services which provides a range of programmes and services for adults and children with an intellectual disability throughout the Kerry region.

    Staff Nurse We offer full-time (37.5), part-time (18.75), and relief contracts.
  The successful candidate requires: RGN/RNMH/RNID qualifications or other suitable nursing qualifications and to be a Staff Nurse on the current register as maintained by An Bord Altranais.
Relevant experience of working with people who have behaviours that challenge is an advantage.
Demonstrate excellent communication (both verbal and written), organisational skills, flexibility and commitment.
Full Driving Licence for a manual vehicle desirable   Please note that salaries are paid in line with  HSE Consolidated Salary Scales.
