Salary: €35,068 - €52,790 DOE
We are seeking a Staff Nurse for our Client who is Ireland's largest provider of services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Requirements: Hold a nursing qualification (preferably RNID) and be registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) - An Bórd Altranais. Have the clinical and administrative capacity to effectively discharge the functions of the role. Demonstrate initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Possess a solid understanding of supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Autism. Experience in working with and supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Autism/Vulnerable adults is highly desirable. Hold a full, clean driver's license qualifying you to drive manual transmission vehicles on Irish roads. Responsibilities: As part of a team, provide comprehensive support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential, day, and respite services, as well as within their community. The appointed person(s) should be adaptable in their approach to service provision and capable of working collaboratively. They will play an active role in ensuring that daily operations align with the ethos and vision of the Client, meeting the needs of those they support through Person-Centered Planning.
