Stock Administrator

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator in South Co. Kildare/Carlow This is a permanent, full time role Salary up to €33,000, will depend on experience Main duties: Entering data into the stock management database Reporting on stock shortages and production needs Participating in the ordering of raw materials and tracking orders/following up on delayed deliveries Conducting stocktakes Coordinating between production, warehouse, and office departments Handling supplier interactions Main requirements: Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Good organisational and time management skills Well organised, self-motivated person with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team The ability to consistently meet deadlines & ensure timely delivery of raw materials to manufacturing
