Stock & Replenishment AdministratorLocation: Ringaskiddy, Cork
About the Role: Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Accurately enter data using customer's computer system. Check for accuracy in shelf to sheet correlation. Analyse results and correct any discrepancies.Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house systemResponding to client enquiries and requestsKeep order expediting up to dateBeing initial and key point of contact for the customerEstablishing relationships with suppliers and customersReceipting deliveries of goods to ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of qualityAllocating goods to their required location and assisting with booking out itemsNegotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliersSupporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activitiesPO and invoice management and queriesAbout You: You're driven by the thought of delivering customer service excellence onsite with some of the most recognised names in industry. The idea of autonomy and responsibility to develop business and relationships onsite doesn't phase you; in fact, you relish the opportunity to develop with ERIKS.
Your main skills will include: Strong written and verbal communication skillsPositive 'can-do' attitudeAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsAdministrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and ExcelDesire to work within a Stores environmentKnowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essentialHours of work: Start Time: 8:00
