The Stockroom Manager is responsible for the flow of merchandise from a central point of delivery to the retail sales floor, an internal destination, or into a shipping or delivery process.
When working in this role, you may be responsible for receiving, unpacking, processing, organizing, storing, packaging and labeling merchandise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: BRAND REPRESENTATION Complete monthly reviews for your team.
Ensure that you and your team always maintain a professional behaviour when on the premises (whether you are on shift or not) i.e.
remain calm at all times when dealing with customers and/or colleagues Promote the brand by wearing KIKO products as part of your uniform in line with image and brand guidelines Assist the management team during one eff events.
For example; stock take and promotional events Adherence to brand values and traits at all times STOCKROOM MANAGEMENT Responsible for overall coordination and evaluation of the Stock Room Engages in daily tasks including process improvement, inventory control, using LS Replenishes stock on the sales floor as needed Conducts on-site inspections to evaluate and coach team members to ensure adherence to safety standards, such as proper stacking/ packing techniques Responsible for monitoring, continuous improvement and reporting performance to Store management Plans layout of stockroom and other storage areas Approves all inventory adjustments made by stock room staff Answers customer and sales associate questions about available items in stock.
Retrieves items from stockroom at customer request Observes proper safety procedures in the stockroom, particularly when lifting and moving heavy items.
Reports issues or problems to inventory to the store manager.
Attends store meetings.
Assists in cleaning up the store and stockroom during closing shifts.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION Guarantee that store is compliant with all KIKO standards Guarantee KIKO standards and procedures as defined in KIKO STORE BOOK and explained by the Store Manager.
Contribute to maintain qualitative standards in terms of image (layout, merchandising and proper housekeeping of the Store) and quality standards of KIKO Customer Care.
Minimum of 2 years experience in stockroom management Demonstrated ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in inventory management systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
