Stoma Care Clinical Nurse Advisor Reporting to: Business Unit Manager – WOC & IPC (Wound, Ostomy, Continence, Infection Prevention Control)
Location: Dublin Head Office – Territory covers the Republic of Ireland, with a focus on key accounts and regions. Ideally based in the Midlands or Dublin area.

Core Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing support in stoma care for key customers in line with the rollout of the Homecare Service.Professionally represent the company and its product portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and target customers.Monitor developments, trends, and competitor activities within the assigned territory, providing feedback to the Business Unit Manager.Deliver education and technical support for stoma care to medical personnel and key customers.Contribute technical expertise in the creation of educational materials and support systems.Promote and identify opportunities for the company's product range in line with business objectives.Represent the company at trade exhibitions, meetings, and site visits.Keep accurate customer and territory records through the CRM system and other reporting tools, meeting deadlines set by management.Utilize advanced product knowledge and professional sales techniques to maximize product use and sales.Maintain regular contact with Clinical Nurse Specialists to stay updated on current clinical trends and practices.Provide tailored training, education, and support to meet the specific needs and expectations of individual customers.Implement attraction, development, and retention strategies for key and target accounts.Key Skills: Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, contributing effectively to team efforts and fostering positive relationships.Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a structured approach, identifying root causes and evaluating solutions to deliver the best outcomes.Ability to build rapport, exuding a positive and approachable demeanor with both customers and team members.Effective communicator who is receptive, empathetic, and capable of conveying key information clearly and concisely.Skilled at managing multiple tasks, handling various situations calmly and professionally, and maintaining integrity in all interactions.Essential Requirements: Registered Nurse with the INMB.Proven experience in stoma care; additional experience in urology is advantageous.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Strong presentation and communication skills, with excellent listening capabilities.Effective time management, administrative, and written communication skills.Full, clean driving license.Eligibility to work in Ireland.Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team, supporting the delivery of high-quality care and service to customers while working with cutting-edge products in the healthcare field.
