Position Description The duty of the Depots team is to provide efficient support to delivery teams while maintaining adequate security, adhering to work practices, and ensuring strict controls are in place for indoor and outdoor operations.
Key Responsibilities The custody and security of stocks and stores premisesThe physical movement of stocks in and out of storesThe implementation of a wide range of stores procedures and regulationsThe control of bulk issue materialsThe operation and use of computer systems, forklifts, and stores handling equipmentThe supervision, control, and training of staffExperience and Qualifications Leaving Certificate or equivalent work experienceA working knowledge in the use of Information TechnologyAn appreciation of stores operationsAn ability to work with all staff groups to provide an effective storekeeping serviceMinimum Level 6 Supply Chain Qualification or expected to attain this qualification within 4 yearsLocation Reporting to The successful candidate will report to the Materials Services Supervisor
