Our client is seeking a committed and passionate retail Store Manager who has a strong passion for luxury retail and customer service based in Dublin 16 The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in store management.
As Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and upholding the brands prestigious reputation.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales initiatives and deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated.
Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the brand, ensuring all staff embody the brands values and standards.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and fostering customer loyalty.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Customer Service Excellence: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Operational Expertise: Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
Brand Ambassador: Deep understanding and appreciation of the brand, with the ability to convey its values and standards to staff and customers.
