With a passion for innovation and a commitment  to excellence, our client is seeking a Store Manager to join their ROI team.
The Person As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations,  including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and team management.
You will be  expected to drive sales, motivate your team, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Store Management ,Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of  beauty advisors.
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer  service standards.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to maximise efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Finance, Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
Timely reporting of sales and financial data to the Finance Team.
Monitor and control expenses to optimise profitability.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and drive sales.
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Manager and Head of Retail.
Implement effective sales strategies to increase customer foot traffic and average  transaction value.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct product demonstrations and makeup lessons to educate and inspire customers.
Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to increase brand awareness and  drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective marketing campaigns.
Leverage social media and other digital platforms to engage with customers.
Operations: Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
