A Dominos Pizza franchise of 6 stores is looking for a Store Manager for their Wicklow branch.

Who are we looking for?
Were always growing our business which means were looking for various management roles to help us do this, including Shift Managers, Assistant Managers and Store Managers.
You might already be an experienced manager working in a QSR, hospitality or retail role.
Or perhaps you feel like youve progressed as far as you can in your current role and you think youre ready to step into a management role.
Well provide you with the training and support to do a great job in whatever role is the right fit for you.
What does a Dominos manager do?
As a member of our management team, youll be responsible for everything that happens in your store during your shift.
This includes controlling all store costs and secure cash handling procedures.
Youll be responsible for leading and motivating your team.
For starters, that means ensuring theyre fully trained to do their job, they have a clear schedule with enough notice so they can plan the rest of their life (work isnt everything after all!)
and, of course, they are always paid correctly and on time.
Youll ensure your store is always set up for success.
Youll make sure Dominos image and brand standards are always maintained and youll do everything you can to deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability through a fantastic team.

Candidates must have; Experience working in a management position within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of holding a management position in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Excellent people management / leadership skills.
Hands-on / Ownership style of management Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma level qualification in Hotel/Business Management.
