Role:This is a part-time role to cover mostly weekends and/or evening shifts. As a Retail/Shop Supervisor, you will provide support to our existing senior management team and act responsibly for the overall day-to-day operations of the store. You will be accountable for general administrative and daily staffing duties as well as providing leadership.
Responsibilities and Duties will include:Overall day-to-day store support for the Management TeamKey Holder + Daily cash operations, such as balancing tills at the end of the daySupervising & directing colleaguesResponsible for store presentationStock orderingProviding excellent customer service and assistance at all areas of the shopWorking as part of a teamRemaining vigilant at all timesBe knowledgeable and comply with all legislation in relation to Food, Health and Safety, and Underage salesEnsuring excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all timesEnsure HSE & Government guidelines are followed at all times while directing employees on best practiceStocking of shelves and replenishing of stock as requiredOther duties as required by the Shop ManagementThe ideal candidate will have/be:Proven experience in a similar retail role is necessaryPassionate about good food & coffeeFamiliar with all till procedures, including closing and opening tillExperience with managing colleaguesPrevious Key Holder experience is an advantageOutstanding customer service skills are a must!Enthusiastic and confidentWilling to provide a friendly and efficient serviceTeam player, willing to get involved across all aspects of shop operations
