Strategic Accounts Manager (Infrastructure)This role is to be based out of Offices in Dublin 12, however it will involve office based travel. Candidates outside of Dublin are invited to apply for the position.

Role Overview:
This role is dedicated to establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and industry leaders, identifying business growth opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for business development within the specified industry sector in Ireland, acting as the representative with industry clients and specifiers.Facilitate communications between local teams, headquarters, and other subsidiaries on relevant project and application matters.Support field-based sales teams in delivering high levels of client satisfaction by identifying key project opportunities and maximizing support throughout the process.Identify potential for product expansion through upselling and cross-selling with existing and prospective clients.Collaborate with internal departments—commercial, design, and technical support—to ensure client issues are resolved promptly, whether directly or through local partners.Develop a deep understanding of the data center industry, keeping abreast of client objectives, market trends, and industry challenges, and translate these into strategic growth opportunities.Gain familiarity with both hardware and software products across the portfolio, encompassing Electrical, Automation & Control, Networking, and Communications.Maintain open and consistent communication with the Dublin office and other subsidiaries to report on client needs and industry activities.Meet set targets and contribute to growth in market share within the targeted sector.Attend industry events to foster relationships with both existing and new clients, as well as suppliers, actively seeking new business opportunities.Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving broader company objectives and adapt to additional responsibilities as required by management.This position requires travel within Ireland and, in the future, may involve international travel.Core Skills and Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.Commercially savvy with strong business acumen.Responsive and professional approach to customer concerns, showing empathy and a problem-solving mindset.Strong interest in technology and a proven ability to provide creative, effective solutions for clients.Capacity to influence various levels within client organizations and work effectively across multiple disciplines.Ability to manage multiple client accounts, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.Superior time management and organizational skills, with the capability to meet deadlines and oversee projects.Proficiency in using customer reporting tools, CRM, and forecasting systems.Background knowledge of the IT/Tech industry, particularly in data center developments, is highly beneficial.Relevant education or qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or Business with experience in power management, networking, and/or automation.A driven and motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.Strong IT/computer skills, especially with MS Office products, and experience with CRM systems.A valid, full Irish driving license.
