Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, Media or Technology industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Experience working with advertising agencies.
Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Strategic Agency Managers are senior sellers who partner with traditional media agencies, and increase the value that Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. Agency managers prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop, and execute business growth strategies.
You will focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies, driving scalable business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You'll drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies, to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google.
You'll also develop the acquisition and upsell capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization in order to enable sustainable business growth for all parties.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes.
Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
Ideate and drive complex agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners, and build consensus with internal and external executives.
Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
