We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Relationships Manager to join our team.
This role will focus on cultivating and managing strategic relationships that drive growth, enhance client value, and strengthen HRLocker's position in the HR software industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesActively identify and engage with potential partners throughout Ireland, focusing on those that align with HRLocker's growth objectives.Lead negotiations, formalize agreements, and ensure new partners are onboarded effectively.Establish and nurture strong partnerships, fostering collaboration and trust to drive shared success.Serve as the main point of contact for partners, maintaining regular communication and addressing their needs.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships for lead generation, co-marketing opportunities, and revenue growth.Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and joint initiatives to maximize partner contributions.Track partnership performance using clear metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Continuously evaluate partnerships to ensure they deliver mutual value and meet business goals.Represent HRLocker at industry events, conferences, and webinars, promoting the brand and attracting high-potential partners.Act as a knowledgeable advocate for HRLocker's products and services.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience (4+ years) in partnerships, recruitment, business development, or relationship management, ideally within HR software or SaaS industries.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and foster collaboration.A results-driven mindset with a practical approach to identifying and capitalizing on partnership opportunities.Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.A full driving license and access to your own transport are essential.
