Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in an investigative or strategic/consultative role such as management consulting or project management.Experience working with data sets and investigative tools and extracting insights from data.Knowledge of Ads ecosystem.Ability to manage complex projects in a constantly changing environment.Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.About the JobThe Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.

Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
ResponsibilitiesSupport business partners with strategic customer priorities for the UKI business.Maintain cross-functional relationships/coordination, ensuring business success and operational efficiency.Assume leadership and day-to-day responsibility for key high-profile projects linked to the UKI plan and our strategic priorities.Drive best-practice sharing across teams.
