You will be a key member of the Secure Power Strategy team, supporting the Senior Strategy Director in executing strategic projects and actively contributing to building the global strategy of Schneider Electric's Secure Power and Data Center business. You will be exposed to multiple stakeholders across the organization and various parts of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic studies in driving content, questions, analysis, storytelling, and recommendationManage a strategy project day-to-day independently with support from the Senior Strategy DirectorDevelop hypotheses and perform in-depth research to obtain relevant data on markets, competition, technology, business models, and moreStructure and conduct data analysis (including collecting, cleaning, and visualizing data) to drive quantitative and qualitative business insightsApply business judgment and knowledge to synthesize research and analysis findings into actionable business recommendationsPrepare and present written and oral reports of findings to key stakeholders inside and, if required, outside Schneider ElectricDevelop, manage, and maintain excellent relationships within Schneider Electric – at all levels of the organizationSkills and Attributes: Great business acumen and judgmentExcellent analytical skillsGreat financial literacyExcellent organization and project planning skills; ability to work under pressure while keeping good attention to detailCurious and fast learnerResourceful self-starterCollaborative and a team playerGreat communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable operating with a very strict level of confidentialityMinimum Requirements: Work experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experienceEducation: Master's in Business preferred; Bachelor's in Business with a focus on Strategy, Finance, Marketing, or related majorsLanguages: fluency in spoken and written English; Any other language is a plusOther: excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, presentation, and writing skillsAt Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organization, it's an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
