Citi Enterprise Infrastructure, Operations & Technology: O&T provides a foundation that enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day operational and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi's Strategy. This is a group that includes Enterprise-wide efforts across Public Cloud, Data Services, Developer Services & Experience, Infrastructure Services, End User Services, and Inventory & Asset Optimization Services.This group partners with the CTI Enterprise organization, which includes Network & Voice Services, Front Line Operations, End User Services, Enterprise Services, Risk Management & Governance and Business Operations.Responsibilities: Drive productivity savings across business lines (through focus on strategic service areas) and improving end-user experience whilst consolidating technology products where possible.Support complex, multi-year efforts (collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups) to deliver new capabilities for Citi employees with a focus on identifying how these align to personas and its impact to businesses.Architect, engineer and deliver services across the live-events space including live-event streaming, video on-demand, and Q&A services. This includes partnering with vendors, understanding and documenting Citi's technical requirements for services and navigating through Citi's technology onboarding process to incept services into the organization and grow adoption.Develop and maintain relationships across the key technology heads in Banking, Markets, Services organizations, as well as other stakeholders to drive overall strategy and drive adoption of technology products.Work closely with stakeholder groups to ensure resource and support delivery against strategic objectives.Strategic planning across the team to identify priorities, work-slate activities, target delivery and providing necessary resources/support to ensure delivery on-time.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Assist with training activities and mentoring junior team members.Qualifications/Experience: Ideally 5+ years senior technology experience, encompassing the full life cycle of managing products/services end-to-end at an enterprise-level.Experience in deploying and maintaining web-based video applications i.e. Live Streaming, VOD, IPTV & Digital Signage.Good understanding of generic web application components i.e. Single Sign On (SSO), TLS Certificates, Web Proxying & Networking.Experience using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) is a nice to have but not a necessity.Strong technical background across all end-user technology services with the ability to interpret and drive overall strategy.Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex environment managing global teams.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization, from technical developers to the savviest business/executive leaders.Strong people management skills, with the ability to manage/lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.Ability to manage and set expectations across the organization in addition to managing executive communications/updates.Must possess a strong understanding of risk and regulatory processes and be able to appropriately assess compliance risk when business decisions are made.Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.Other advanced degree preferred, but not required.Job Family Group: Technology
