Key Responsibilities: 1.
Client-Centric Design: Lead the structural design team to develop multi-service modules prioritising our client's needs and preferences.

Special Coordination: Oversee the integration of diverse services within modular structures, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
3.
Technical Experience: Provide expert guidance in structural secondary steel design, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, GCs, other Subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate design activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to uphold the integrity and reliability of structural designs, conducting thorough reviews and assessments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Cost-Effective Solutions: Work diligently to optimise designs for cost efficiency without compromising quality or performance, seeking opportunities for value engineering and innovative solutions.

Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, actively soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to ensure their satisfaction throughout the design process.
