Arcadis DPS Group has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate, and ambitious individual to work as Lead Process Design Engineer in our Advanced Technology Group's (ATG) Global Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) Process Department, based out of our European ATG Group Headquarters. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Intermediate Structural Engineer with experience in EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a background in structural engineering with a preference for experience in the semiconductor industry. Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and Tekla is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to: Roles and Responsibilities: Perform necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers. Under the direction of a Senior Engineer, design structural packages in Revit & AutoCAD & other structural software. Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, architectural and process to develop designs. Follow quality and CAD/BIM standards. Provide technical support and assistance to Engineers. Perform quality review checks for 2D/3D modelling and Mech/HVAC deliverables. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines. Skills & Experience Required: Semiconductor experience preferable, large scale industrial. Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel). Strong relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector. Design experience in reinforced concrete, steelwork, masonry A proactive approach to solving problems with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios A good knowledge of the codes of practice – BS, EN, and International Codes Experienced in the use of structural design Software Excellent English level – written and spoken, Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels. Other: The ideal candidate will be in pursuit of Chartered Structural Engineer or working towards chartership. Ability to travel to client meetings, presentations, conferences nationally and internationally; Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
