ATC Language Schools is one of Ireland's leading providers of English language courses, with more than 40 years of experience in the industry and numerous centres across the country. Every summer we welcome students from around the world and we help them improve their English language skills in a friendly and stimulating environment by providing an extensive educational and cultural programme, and making sure that they feel supported at all times.We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Activity Leaders for our summer centres in Dublin, Kilkenny, Maynooth and Limerick.
Positions are available June - August 2025. Key responsibilities:Organise and lead a variety of engaging activities, including sports, arts and crafts, team games, and cultural excursionsSupervise students during on-site and off-site activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeingAct as a positive role model, fostering a fun, inclusive, and supportive environmentProvide support during mealtimes, breaks, and residential supervision (if applicable)Contribute to evening entertainment, such as talent shows, quizzes, and themed eventsAssist in the arrival and departure of students, helping with orientation and accommodation arrangements RequirementsEssential:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and engage with different groups of young people (aged 11-19)Excellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solvingBe aged 18 or overNative or near-native command of EnglishDesirable:Relevant qualifications in sports, arts, or educationPrevious experience working with students and/or in summer camp settings What we offer:Full-time employment (40 hrs / week) for the duration of your summer contractTraining and ongoing support to ensure your success in the roleA vibrant, multicultural work environmentThe opportunity to gain valuable experience in education and leadership At ATC Language Schools, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
