Supermac's Clonmel currently requires Full-time SuperSubs for their counter. The ideal candidate is available to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with occasional weekend availability. Please note, that this is not a part-time position and may not be suitable for students. JOB PURPOSE: The Supersubs Supervisor is responsible for the development and profitability of Supersubs, ensuring they meet or exceed established targets. They operate as if they were individual owners of their outlets with support from the General Manager and Site Manager as needed. Key responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, training, community involvement, inventory control, and more.
THE JOB: Responsible for the development and profitability of Supersubs.Manage the Supersubs area, including beverage and sub-production and service standards.Coach and develop Supersubs staff to maximize revenue and minimize costs.Handle general marketing and promotion of the Supersubs brand.Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist in staff recruitment.Maintain food service standards and cleanliness.Ensure table and condiment cleanliness and stock levels.Receive necessary training to uphold establishment standards.Manage food/beverage stocks, including ordering, rotation, and inventory counts.LEADERSHIP: The Supersubs Supervisor efficiently coordinates the business, communicates goals, and demonstrates principled leadership and sound business sense. They coach staff and serve as a role model of professionalism.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced and physically demanding environment due to business demands. Prolonged periods of standing may be required.
