Supervisor, Accounts Receivable - Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with strong billing experience and ideally has worked in a supervisor/people management position.
What you will be doing: Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.As a member of staff, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international.Manage the accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit memos, and refunds.Routinely meet with staff to evaluate, prioritize, and set collections targets for the month.Serve as an escalation point for collection issues and responsible for progressing collection issues to resolution.Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly accounts receivable aging reports and disseminate results to management.Interface with Project Management, Contracts, and other departments to obtain up-to-date information concerning contracts, change orders, and billing-related issues that impact collections.Support internal and external audits.Assist manager with ad hoc reports and special projects as needed.Assume other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.Your profile: Strong Accounts Receivable and billing experience.Previous experience in transformation and reconciliations.Ideally previous people management experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
