We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Financial Business Partner to join our diverse and dynamic team.

The Supervisor, Finance Business Partner duties include: Responsible for the financial management of multiple portfolios of work within the IBT portfolioManagement of a team of finance professionals to deliver best in class financial support to operational teamsConduct periodic financial reviews with operational leadership teams to discuss study financial health and agree appropriate actionsPreparation of monthly financial reporting packages for operations with insightful and action orientated commentarySupport the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budget reconciliationsIdentification of key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolioSupport the preparation of ad-hoc management presentationsRecognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center on our commitment to People, Clients and PerformanceAs a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.Experience, skills & knowledge requirements for this role are: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).3+ years prior relevant experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysisAnalytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunitiesEffective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.Benefits of working at ICON as a Supervisor, Finance Business Partner are: Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Free on-site gym facilities & subsidised on-site food court.Free parking.You'll have an excellent opportunity to contribute to our culture of process improvement, further your career progression and gain cross function exposure.Our success depends on the quality of our people.
