What will I be doing as a Supervisor at Applegreen? Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance. Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets. Motivate the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills. An Applegreen Supervisor would ideally: Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role. Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
