The position is based at our Bottling Plant in Fox and Geese, Dublin 22 and will report to the International Customer Relationship Team Lead.This role of International Customer Relationship Administrator will have the outlined responsibilities but will not be limited to this list.
This role will support the ICRM team in processing all shipping documentation requirements to support importation to international markets as well as customer service duties for some markets.Main responsibilities will include:Creation of document packs in line with market specific requirements - Compile and create original document packs and issue to each market.
Strictly adhere to each market's mandatory and legal obligations for importation of Irish Distillers products working with specified external agents and or contacts as appropriate.Management of documentation courier accounts and all associated tasks including Dublin Chamber of Commerce and Revenue.Maintain courier log with all relevant information for tracking purposes.Generation and submission of Age certs and supporting backup documents to be prepared for issue to the Revenue.
Arrangements to be made for dispatch across all required export markets.Be the specialist for import regulations for export markets.Support the ICRM team on freight administration relating to relevant changes implemented by revenue or Thyme IT.Order to cash process and customer service duties for small number of export markets.Creation and management of team calendar to reflect annual leave, training, roster days/hours, Supply Review calendar.Following FOX and TRACC principles, be the facilitator for the ICRM Team, for all meetings, workshops, and relevant projects.Compile and track safety moments from weekly Team meetings and drive action to improve Fox & Geese Health & Safety CultureAction and issue notes from weekly team meetings, and track progress with specific ownersRequirement to be flexible in this role, and to be able to undertake any additional duties or tasks as the role evolves and develops.Continuous improvement mindset to drive process improvement and eliminate waste in all elements of the role and use of new technology to automate processes where possible.Support the wider ICRM Team to review and roll out of new processes.Other ad hoc duties to support the ICRM function.Qualification, Skills and Experience required:A suitable third level qualification.1-2 years' experience in a similar role.Import / Export experience would be an advantage.Effective communication.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Results driven and capable of working to tight deadlines.IT proficient re systems SAP, Microsoft office.Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring attention to fine detail.Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Team player is key with a flexible and adaptable approach.Strong time management skillsContinuous improvement mindsetWhat we offerWe understand our people are our special ingredient.
