The Role & What You Will Be Doing The Supply Chain Analytics Team designs and implements data/BI systems that support the collection, management, analysis, and visualization of data across the Supply Chain. The team's scope also includes supporting monthly KPI reporting and providing up-to-date data spanning the entire Supply Chain.
As a Supply Chain Data Analytics Manager, you'll play a crucial role in understanding the needs of the Supply Chain department and delivering information with accuracy, clarity, and speed.

Identify and define data sources, data flows, and data structures that can be leveraged for analytics.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and design solutions that meet those needs.Develop and maintain data management processes that ensure data accuracy and integrity.Analyze, identify, and fix issues in existing data flows.Develop and maintain data models that support data-driven decision-making.About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
Azure Data Factory (ADF) or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) development experience.Strong SQL language skills (SQL Server).Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.Relevant hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, Analytics Engineer, or BI Engineer.Strong analytical abilities.Strong experience with data profiling, cleansing, and standardization.Project Management skills.Solid Excel skills.Excellent communication skills.Nice to Have: Supply Chain or manufacturing exposure.Familiarity with SAP ECC & SAP BW.Power Apps & Power Automate experience.DAX language skills and modeling in Power BI/Tabular Editor.Data visualization skills.Experience in using DevOps for source code management, reviews, and continuous deployment, and working as part of an agile team.At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
