Responsibilities Maintaining and controlling inventory throughout the supply chain.
Balancing supply and demand for manufactured parts and/or purchased components.
Production Scheduling of manufactured parts.
Responsible for tracking department metrics and problem-solving issues.
Master Data Review and Maintenance.
Customer Order Management.
Using SAP & Kinaxis planning systems to analyse supply and demand data.
Preparing reports, presentations and graphs for planning and execution meetings.
Monitoring the necessary inventory flow for component availability.
Attending and participating in inventory and supplier meetings.
Attending and participating in operations planning meetings.
Communicating issues to relevant areas such as global supply chain, operations, customer service etc.
Requirements/ Experience for Graduate Programme Bachelor's Honours (Level 8) degree in relevant discipline essential.
Must have graduated within the last two years or or in final year in University.
Relevant work experience/ co-op programme completed.
Strong system skills and aptitude.
Good communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative.
Proven ability to work well as part of a team & on own with minimum supervision.
Enthusiastic self-starter.
Strong interpersonal skills.
