We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Duties: Is responsible for the short-term executional planning process in their assigned area, which supports the site's execution in S&OP process (Planning cycle). Local processes include production planning, line scheduling, and shipment planning.Continuously identifies opportunities for system and process improvements and uses operational excellence (OpEx) and project management skills to implement changes.Report short-term planning performance metrics for their assigned area.At times may be asked to present information, analyses, and provide recommendations to management.Articulate and highlight key master production schedules changes to the MPS lead.Provide planning SME knowledge to support NC/CAPA investigations.Manage and monitor SAP / RR transactions to support production plan, capacity analysis, planning cycle and procurement activities.Convert planned process orders to process orders and ensure a feasible plan.Co-ordinate with the warehouse department to ensure availability of all components for the production line and the shipment of materials to ensure market supply.Check component availability against the short-term plan.Plan and coordinate repackaging activities (REDO) and Scrap requests.SME for assigned tasks.Support projects with technical mastery.Own KPI reporting and coordinate relevant actions.Create analysis in support of projects or improvements and provide recommendations.Responsible for portfolio of commercial products, understanding all constraints and dependencies that impact planning activities.
