The Role & What You Will Be Doing
This is a management role, reporting to the Customer Services Director in the Order to Cash function. Suitable candidates will manage a team of Regional Operations Specialists; working to optimize the order to cash cycle, minimizing supply chain disruptions and delivering best in class customer interactions. A major aspect of the role will be focused on project management and process improvement. This opportunity will require an individual to be structured yet agile with the ability to build standardized solutions.

* Lead a World Class team that effectively manages customer needs and business requirements whilst driving efficient flow through the supply chain.
* Manage all day-to-day activities associated within customer service operations – be able to support transactional execution as required.
* Cultivate a mindset of innovation, engagement, and empowerment within the team.
* Develop an understanding of product flows; with an ability to understand and interpret the financial, physical, and transactional flow of material through the Viatris network.
* Manage improvement projects by documenting the current state of existing processes, identifying, and removing waste, then embedding lasting change in our global supply chain processes.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and/or automate team activities.
* Drive collaboration and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively eliminate blocks with the Supply Chain.
* Responsible for supporting future integration initiatives to align to standard Centre of Excellence processes.
* Provide guidance and act as point of escalation in the resolution of complex issues for the team.
* Always make customer service the number one priority. Manage operational metrics designed to drive continuity in supply and reliability in customer service. Supply Chain Managers in Viatris own customer service and are responsible to make reliability and service excellence a habit.
* Support the growth and development of team skills and knowledge by creating an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
* Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager is required with experience managing a team.
* Comfortable in operating in a dynamic organisation, where change is seen as an opportunity.
* 3+ years of project management experience. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Certification preferable.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
* Proficient in the use of ERP systems required, Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
* A passion for sharing your knowledge and skills.
* Experience with dynamic and complex supply chains is preferred.
* Performs well in a team setting with collaborative input and decision making.
* Experienced in cross functional collaboration with diverse and multi-functional teams in a matrix environment.
* Must be a self-starter with demonstrated success leading a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
* Other languages an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems essential
