To accomplish our goals and serve our clients better, we are looking for individuals eager to develop end-to-end supply chains, drive efficiencies, support the development of innovative tools, and build strong partner relationships. You will work directly with our commercial teams, clients, and logistics partners to add value throughout the supply chain, enhance customer experience, and create reporting that can drive business behavior. The Supply Chain Planner reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Main areas of responsibility: Forecast demand across multiple business unitsPlan purchase orders, keeping a close eye on working capital and on-time, in-full levelsStrengthen supplier relationships through connections with manufacturing, shipping, demand planning, and customer serviceCoordinate with business teams to creatively solve supply chain challengesExecute & implement end-to-end supply chain solutions for multiple business teamsManage inventory to efficiently serve our end-customers while considering operational costs and working capitalManage end-to-end purchase orders including confirmation review, shipping, and receivingStrengthen logistic partner relationships to ensure best-in-class service and below market pricingBuild reports using CRM and ERP data to visualize insights into business teamsCreate operational efficiencies through technology and automationBasic Qualifications: Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeedStrong team player; motivated and extremely customer-centricStrong verbal and written communication skills, fully business fluent in EnglishAnalytical and problem-solving ability3+ years work experience, depending on need, prior roles & responsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizationsExperience with leadership and people managementProfessional experience managing supply chains in a B2B environmentExperience developing purchase plans and managing working capitalExperienced in use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) softwareBenefits: 100% employee paid medical coverage, private pension w/ 4% match, death in service, and income protection.Location & Commitments: Full-time, Monday through FridayWork schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days' work from home.Reports to office in Dublin, IrelandAffirmative Action/EEO Statement It is the policy of Xenon Arc to grant equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, national origin, ethnicity, marital status, parental status, disability, veteran status, age, religion, political affiliation, gender, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
