Supply Chain Specialist

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a talented Supply Chain Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Cork on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, proactively resolving issues, and working closely with Corporate and Regional Supply Chain teams. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient and high-quality supply management, making a meaningful impact on the company's success.

Improve systems by working with internal and external partiesResponsible for the management of a high quality vendor base to support OperationsManages vendor performance through metricsManaging compliance with Transport and Customs RegulationsSupporting supply chain security strategy to counteract counterfeitingLeading monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviewJOB REQUIREMENTSMust have Demand Planning experienceTwo years plus experience in related and progressively responsible experience in supply chain environment (Manufacturing or Global Supply Chain).Degree qualified in Supply Chain, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar.
