Supply Chain Supervisor

Supply Chain supervisor required for a leading electronics multinational company. This is a leadership position with 20+ reporting staff, approximately 10 reporting directly. Role will report to the Operations Manager and oversee Planning, Purchasing, Supplier Development, Customer Service and Logistics (shipping, receiving and stores) areas to ensure business and customer commitments are met.
The supply chain team procures and manages electronic components, metal work and various electronic sub-assemblies, purchased from a global supply base and effects the production plans required to produce made to order products on time.
Responsibilities include

1. Plan resources to meet targets
2. Monitor plan versus actual
3. Continually refine and optimise processes
Experience10+ years leading and managing people in a regulated manufacturing environment
A qualification and experience in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics management or related business discipline
An Engineering qualification or experience in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline is an advantage
SAP experience is an advantage as the company is transitioning to SAP Experience in Known Consignor compliance is an advantage
Lean experience is an advantage
A Project Management experience is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication
