Supply Integration Planner We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Integration Planner to join our dynamic team at Xerotech. In this role you'll get to: Develop & implement plans to integrate supply chain activities and align them with business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings and efficiency gains within the supply chain and lead initiatives to implement changes. Collect, cleanse, and analyse data from various sources, (including ERP) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include ERP implementation & development. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders including management and cross-functional teams. Identify potential risks and disruptions within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity. Collaboration with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives. Monitors key performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics to track the performance of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement. To excel you will need: Works independently with general supervision Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. Proficient in data analysis and capable of collecting, cleansing, and analysing datasets to derive actionable insights. Possesses a strong understanding of supply chain principles processes and best practices. Technical proficiency experienced in ERP systems. Able to leverage technology to optimize supply chain operations. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Works well in cross functional teams collaborates effectively with colleagues from various departments. Pays attention to detail and ensures accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
