Our client, who are a state-sponsored organisation in Ireland with responsibility for administering and managing government and EU funding aimed at supporting social inclusion and addressing social disadvantage in the country are looking for a Support Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities as a Support Officer: Customer Support Deliver outstanding customer service and manage queries within agreed SLAs. Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, conferences, and training sessions. Support beneficiary groups with financial monitoring and reporting requirements. Review and analyse customer information to ensure compliance with programme guidelines. Prepare documentation related to the grant cycle, including contracts and correspondence. Administration/Operations Support Process grant applications, registrations, and phone calls efficiently. Provide financial administration support, ensuring accuracy in payment processing and financial reports. Collaborate with teams to streamline operations and resolve compliance issues. Maintain and monitor data accuracy, conducting administrative and financial checks as needed. Assist in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Team Support Communicate effectively with team members to resolve customer queries. Provide updates on process status and assist colleagues with complex issues. Support other departments as needed and contribute to team knowledge development. Service Excellence Utilize tools and processes to meet customer needs and improve service delivery. Adapt to organizational changes and participate in training opportunities. Engage with quality measures, suggest improvements, and take accountability for performance. Required Experience as a Support Officer: Experience in a call centre environment. Experience as a Support Officer. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like CAD, programme databases, and SharePoint. Proven customer service ethos with strong relationship-building skills.
