Your role will encompass a diverse array of professional and agency services, including asset consultancy, loan security valuations, loan book valuations, sales and leasing, rent reviews, rating, and general lease advisory services.
While experience in Valuations, Agency, and Asset Consultancy is an advantage, it's not a requirement.

Responsibilities: Agency Department Handling commercial sales, lettings, and acquisitions across various commercial properties, including retail, offices, industrial properties, and development lands.
Act as the face of the company in driving the commercial agency business forward.
Conduct agency tasks, including viewings, negotiations, preparing Heads of Terms, and liaising with clients' legal representatives as needed.
Professional Services Engaging in valuation assignments, negotiations, inspections for all types of commercial properties and land.
Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, rating, asset management, and consultancy.
Supporting the company's work in collaboration with the National Property Consultants Partnership (NPCP).
Proactively growing the Commercial Agency Department.
Promoting Power Property's business and services.
Providing assistance to various departments, such as Consultancy, Valuations, and Rent Reviews as required.
Participating in Asset Consultancy Assignments.
Working on Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
Delivering well-considered valuations and reports to clients.
Engaging in personal development activities to expand your knowledge and experience, including continuing professional development (CPD), attending seminars, and staying updated with industry trends.
Assisting in research and market intelligence activities.
Contributing to the preparation of properties for the market, including pitch documents, sales proposals, and marketing materials.
Preparing, researching, and drafting internal and client reports.
Actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking and leveraging relationships.
Using your experience to drive improvements that enhance team efficiency and revenue generation.
Internal Reports Preparing weekly and monthly reports to keep stakeholders updated on projects, files, and assignments.
