On behalf of one of Ireland's largest retailers, we are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and implement sustainability strategies for a well-established retail organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability management and ESG implementation with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the company's sustainability strategies and initiatives.Manage and enhance ESG reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to promote sustainability goals.Track sustainability performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across operations.Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability management, including leadership roles.Proven success in ESG strategy development and implementation.Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about making a significant impact in sustainability within the retail industry.
