Opportunity for a Production Supervisorto join a leader in the Electrical Equipment Manufacturing industry based in County Cavan.

Reporting to the Production Manager this supervisor will oversee daily operations, responsible for managing the workflow, coordinating team members, and achieving production targets.
The goal is to maximise production up-time while maintaining product quality and staff safety.

KPIs include productivity, safety, quality and personnel engagement and management.
Responsibilities: Team Management Production oversight .Safety compliance Inventory and equipment managament reporting and documentation Qualifications: Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or related field.
5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
