The Transportation Support Team in Hyderabad is looking for a Software Support Engineer/DevOps who can provide support for production software application issues and internal customer issues in the Transportation Financial Services organization.

This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running, and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success.
High-impact production issues often require coordination between multiple Development, Operations, and IT Support groups, allowing you to experience a breadth of impact with various teams.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, have strong organizational skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
You must be able to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Identifying problems before they happen and implementing solutions to detect and prevent outages is crucial.
You should be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, improve the customer experience, and get the right things done.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.Experience with Linux/Unix.Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.3+ years of DevOps or SysOps experience in a large-scale software development environment.Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data.Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results.Demonstrates skill and passion for operational excellence.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.Experience working in an Agile environment.
